Hello! My name is Michelle Steuer. I am the Center Operations Manager at the USO Fort Wainwright. I am a military spouse and have enjoyed staying active by volunteering in the military spouse side of the Army life for the past 15 years.
Prior to working for the USO I have worked in the education field. I have always been enthusiastic about helping others and working with military families. Becoming a part of the USO team has been beyond humbling and fulfilling. I am passionate about the USO mission to support the military members along with their families. Walking into the center each day feels like I am walking into my second home. I will always strive to make it feel that way for everyone that walks through the doors of the USO.
In my spare time I enjoy being with my family, outside in the sunshine, crafting, and cleaning! My husband, Ryan, is a big supporter of mine along with my two kiddos, Delaney and Wesley. We have been stationed in Alaska once before and we are excited to share all the wonderful Alaskan experiences that we can with our children over the next few years.
