I am the Center Operations Supervisor for JBER, I have been with the USO since we opened in 2016. I have been in Alaska for 22 years and can’t think of living anywhere else.
In my spare time I like to read, cook, hunt and dipnet. I volunteer with Girl Scouts as a Troop leader and Service Unit Cookie Manager, and with Special Olympics Alaska as a bowling coach. Troy is my wonderful supportive spouse. I have two children, Janna and Jaden. Prior to working for the USO I worked for FSS (Force Support Squadron) here on JBER, working in the marketing office.
Working with the military members and families here on JBER is amazing. I love that people come back to our Center and I get to know the families in our JBER community. I hope that even though our military families will eventually leave that they will remember our USO here on JBER, and while they are here they will bring a friend to come visit our Center.
